Ingredients:

Instructions:
For Frying Cauliflower:
1. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
2. Add water gradually to make a thick batter, ensuring there are no lumps.
3. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter to coat them evenly.
4. Heat oil for deep frying in a pan. Once hot, add the coated cauliflower florets one by one and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
For Manchurian Sauce:
1. In a separate pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
